My thoughts…
A quick read, one that can be read in one sitting, Chica Bella is a great read. This is the first story by Author Carly Fall that I’ve had the pleasure to read.
I’m a sucker for a tall, dark, and handsome SEAL and that’s exactly what Landon is. *swoon* His love interest, Maya, is a native to Cobo. They’ve had a loose romantic relationship for several years. It seems when things are going really well for them Landon gets called for another mission and Maya is left with a broken heart. I found myself rooting for Landon and Maya. I wanted things to work out for them in the end and I am happy with how things ended up.
There was some confusion for me between scenes while reading it. I felt like I was reading a scene and then automatically went into another one with any warning. Other than that aspect I thoroughly enjoyed this story.
