I left Hope – the only place I' ve ever felt at home. So now what? Where do I go from here?
When I left, I didn' t just leave my home. I left my friends, my sisters, and Stephan… I just found them. I can' t lose them now.
I know that I want to do MY music. I need to remember WHY I wanted to play music in the first place. And the only way to get that is by firing my dad, but that may be harder than I thought.
On top of everything, I now have cameras following me around everywhere. Even my own home isn' t safe anymore.
I' ve come to realize that normal will never be an option for me.
My thoughts…
Ah…. I finished this one in a day. I really enjoyed! Faded is like Jaded in some aspects. It happens over a short amount of time. Things were constantly changing and I kept turning page after page as fast as I could to see what would happen next.
There really isn’t any sexual scenes in this book either. It’s all pretty much PG and I keep wondering if Scarlett & Stephan are actually going to ever have sex. It’s not a major element for me, but this is a romance book and so I would expect for their to be some smexy times. 🙂
Faded also ends with a cliffhanger but it’s not as suspenseful as the first book. Of course I’ll be counting down the days until Hated comes out because I HAVE to know how things end up for not only Scar & Stephan, but for Bridgett & Alec.
I’m almost thinking Bridgett & Alec should get their own book, but I don’t know what Ms Amare has in store for them in Hated. Guess I’ll just have to wait and see. Now that I think of it it would be nice is Stacy got her own book too. 🙂
All in all I really enjoyed Faded. This has been a great series so far and I can’t wait for the final book.
