I haven't touched a human in three years. That seems like it would be a difficult task, but it's not. Not anymore, thanks to the internet.
I am, quite possibly, the most popular recluse ever. Not many shut-ins have a 200-member fan club, a bank account in the seven-figure range, and hundreds of men lining up to pay for undivided attention.
They get satisfaction, I get a distraction. Their secret desires are nothing compared to why I hide... my lust for blood, my love of death.
Taking their money is easy. Keeping all these secrets... one is bound to escape.
What if you hid yourself away because all you could think of was killing? And what if one girl's life depending on you venturing into society?
This book is a little different then any I’ve read. The synopsis caught my attention and I thought I’d give it a shot. It’s definitely different. I do believe it was self published first and then picked up by a publisher after the author rewrote some of it. I really liked it for the most part. There were a few things I found to be a little bit unrealistic, but not so much that I stopped reading. I guess things could actually happen that way in life. The situation wasn’t a major stretch or anything. I found it interesting to dive into the heroines mind and see how she perceived things. She definitely has her issues.
This is a pretty fast paced book. The plot just keeps building and building and once you reach the end you don’t want it to be over. The ending is pretty much resolved but I do know that their will book at least one more book coming out sometime in 2015. If you’re a fan of suspense I highly recommend this one.
