My thoughts… What a great way to end a great series. This is such a great book. The story is told in Will’s POV. It’s a little different in the sense that the book switches back in forth between the past and present. While they’re on their honeymoon, Will is telling Lake his point of view of the things they experienced in the past. I thought this was a unique way of telling this story. […]

My thoughts… While I really enjoyed this one it took me a long time to get to the end. It’s over 400 pages long and at times I felt myself wanting to give up on it, but when I finally did reach the end I was very happy that I stuck with it. This story is very complex and highly emotional. Nastya. She’s broken. She hides herself behind dark make-up, dark clothing, and a don’t […]

Blog Tour, Review & Giveaway: Faded by Mercy Amare

My thoughts… Ah…. I finished this one in a day. I really enjoyed! Faded is like Jaded in some aspects. It happens over a short amount of time. Things were constantly changing and I kept turning page after page as fast as I could to see what would happen next. There really isn’t any sexual scenes in this book either. It’s all pretty much PG and I keep wondering if Scarlett & Stephan are actually […]

My thoughts… Wow! What a great book. This is the first one by Author Mercy Amare that I have read and I really enjoyed it. It sucked me in from page one and kept my attention and had me turning page after page to see what would happen next. I actually read this baby in a little under 7 hours! I normally don’t read a book in one day. It usually takes me two and […]

My thoughts… I really didn’t know what to expect with this book. I loved the Pushing The Limits which is the first book in this series. I wasn’t a fan of Beth in the first book. I thought she was both mean and rude. Hardened if you will. But after reading her story I can understand why she acts or acted the way she did. She’s hard it rough. A hard life from the time […]

My thoughts… Chain Reaction is the final book in the Perfect Chemistry series. This has been a really good series and I’m very happy that I stumbled upon it. Ms Elkeles has a great writing style and her work will grab your attention from the very beginning and keep you turning page after page to find out what happens next. Luis, who is the youngest of three brothers has his life all mapped out. He […]

STOP! This review contains spoilers regarding Perfect Chemistry, Book One. If you haven’t yet read Perfect Chemistry you may not want to continue reading. My thoughts… Rules of Attraction is the second book in the “Perfect Chemistry” series by author Simone Elkeles. While I enjoyed this story, I felt it was lacking a bit. I had a hard time getting into it at first. That’s not to say that I didn’t enjoy it because I […]

My thoughts… What an great story. Perfect Chemistry is the first book in the Perfect Chemistry series by Author Simone Elkeles. I’ve never read a story by her before so I had no expectations going into the book. I loved both Brittany and Alex from the beginning. Brittany has the best of everything but she’s tired of trying to be the perfect person her mother wants her to be all the time. She wants to […]

My thoughts… Pushing the Limits is a contemporary story written by Author Katie McGarry. She’s a new author to me and I wasn’t sure what to expect when selecting this book. I have heard many good things about it and I’ve read several positive reviews so I decided to take a chance on it and I’m very happy that I did. This highly emotional realistic story will captivate you from the beginning and keep your […]

My thoughts… Have you ever read a story that draws you in from the very beginning? One where you can’t put it down because you can’t wait to find out what happens next? This is what Hopeless did for me. I literally couldn’t stop reading it. I love, love, love this story. So much! There was never a time where I lost interest or started skimming while reading it. My thoughts… What can I say that will make you want to read this book? I could say that it stands out from most Young Adult books I have read because it is not your typical love story. Although there is a love story found within these pages, there is in fact so much more. The Fault in Our Stars is about a young girl whose 16 years old. Her name is Hazel and she […]

My thoughts… I found What A boy Wants to be quite entertaining. Several scenes made me chuckle. It’s a relatively sweet story from the leading males POV. Sebastian has a blog where he’s known as The Hook-Up Doctor. For a fee he will help you snag a guy your interested in. Although it’s a short read I enjoyed it. I’m looking forward to reading What a Boy Needs next.

My thoughts… After reading a lof reviews I decided to read Collision Course. It started it off promising but after 100 pages or so I lost interest. I don’t DNF books very often but decided to stop reading this one. I have a few problems with the story and here’s what they are: 1) Up until the part I stopped at it seemed the story was just dragging along. I feel a lot of what […]

My thoughts… Miss Me Not is a tale of a young high school girl whose pretty much abandoned by her family because of a mistake she made when she was 13. She stumbles through life feeling she has nothing to live for. She hides behind baggy clothes and tries to fade into the background and be non-existent. She and her one and only friend James make a pact. They will both commit suicide together. Nobody […]
